Scots
born. Studied at Canterbury University, New Zealand followed by
a post-graduate course for art teaching. Exhibited with a number
of galleries including The New Grafton Gallery, Michael Parkin
Fine Arts, Hampstead Artists plus many open exhibitions at the
Mall Galleries.
Had commissions and
sold privately to collectors in many countries.
Works in oil, watercolour,
pastel, pencil and charcoal..
I have always been fascinated by
the way nature assumes different shapes and patterns through decay
and rebirth. I prefer to work en plein air, portraying nature with
edge, whether trees, nudes, cats or landscapes invading ruined
buildings and machinery, both in the UK on on worldwide travels`
